1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon!

 

2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the product. Some items may arrive separately if ordered from different suppliers.

 

3. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50! For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 applies.

 

4. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

 

5. What is your return policy?
If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us atLiftedBeautyLifestyle@gmail.com to start the process.

 

6. My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Our items are carefully selected from trusted suppliers and manufacturers. We prioritize quality and customer satisfaction in every product we offer.

 

8. Are your beauty/health products safe to use?
Yes! We only sell products from suppliers who meet international safety and quality standards. Always patch-test skincare items before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin.

 

9. Can I cancel or change my order?
